💡 How to Prepare / Use
Prep: Open the individual, compostable paper wrap with clean, dry hands. Unwrap the pad and gently peel away the silicone-free paper strip from the back of the napkin to expose the natural, non-toxic plant-based adhesive.
Method: Press the adhesive side of the pad firmly onto the crotch of your cotton underwear. Peel off the smaller paper strip protecting the wings, wrap the flexible wings securely around the sides of your underwear, and press into place to ensure zero shifting or side leaks.
Enjoy / Dispose: Change your pad every 4 to 6 hours depending on your flow to maintain maximum freshness and optimal skin health.
