    Prep: Red Sorghum flakes are sturdier than white ones. Rinse the Aval thoroughly in a strainer. To ensure a soft texture, soak the flakes in a bowl of clean water for 5–8 minutes. The water may take on a slight red tint—these are the precious antioxidants!
