Pearl Millet Noodles / Kambu Noodles 180gm
Kambu, or Pearl Millet, is one of the oldest cultivated grains in India, historically revered as the "Grain of Strength" for laborers and warriors alike. In the scorching heat of South India, Kambu has been the traditional biological antidote to dehydration and exhaustion. Switching to Kambu Noodles ensures you receive a high-density supply of iron and folic acid in a form that is naturally cooling for the system.

Our Kambu Noodles offer a perfect balance of ancient nutrition and modern taste, designed for families who refuse to compromise on wellness. Every purchase supports traditional South Indian farmers and promotes climate-resilient agriculture.
💡 How to Prepare / Use (Step-by-Step)
Prep: Boil a pot of water (approx 2 liters) with a half-teaspoon of salt. Because Kambu is a dense grain, the water must be at a vigorous boil before the noodles are added.
Cook/Method: Add the Pearl Millet Noodles and cook for 7–9 minutes. Since these are made from whole millet, they require slightly longer than refined noodles to reach the ideal al dente state. Drain and refresh with cool water.
Serve/Enjoy: Sauté with cold-pressed gingelly oil, mustard seeds, and plenty of fresh vegetables. For an authentic experience, pair with a spicy ginger-garlic tempering to complement the cooling nature of the Kambu.
