💡 How to Prepare / Use (Step-by-Step)

 

  • Prep: Whole soybeans are exceptionally dense and require careful preparation. Wash 1 cup of beans thoroughly and soak them in 3–4 cups of clean water for 8 to 12 hours (overnight). The beans will expand to nearly twice their size as they hydrate.

 

  • Method (Boil): Drain the soaking water completely and rinse the beans once more. Place them in a pressure cooker with fresh water and a pinch of rock salt. Cook for 4–5 whistles over medium heat, then simmer on low for 10 minutes until they are completely soft and tender to the touch.
