Commercial gram flour (Besan) is often a byproduct of high-heat industrial processing that destroys sensitive amino acids and strips away the dietary fiber found in the legume's hull. Ayini Organic Gram Flour is crafted from unpolished, sun-dried Bengal gram, preserving its natural biological density and high alkalinity, which helps balance gut pH and provides a steady release of amino acids for muscle repair.

Product Description

Ayini Organic Gram Flour is the quintessential "clean" pantry staple for the health-conscious kitchen. We maintain the integrity of the legume from farm to mill, ensuring you receive a flour that is free from adulterants like khesari dal or synthetic colors. 💡 How to Prepare / Use (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: The Sift & Airate
Always sift the flour before use. Because organic gram flour is stone-ground and contains natural oils, it can occasionally clump. Sifting introduces air, ensuring a lighter, lump-free batter for pakoras or dhoklas.

Step 2: Gradual Hydration
When making batters, add water or buttermilk slowly while whisking in one direction. For a probiotic boost and better texture, let the batter sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the proteins to hydrate fully.

Step 3: Diverse Culinary Application
Use it to make crispy Organic Besan Chillas, traditional Ladoos with A2 ghee, or as a natural, chemical-free thickening agent for soups and curries.
